Trish Hayward is a growth catalyst with 30 years of experience accelerating revenue for high-growth companies in B2B technology and services. She brings an engineering mindset to growth issues. She is known for lightning-fast pattern recognition and a direct communication style—qualities foundational to her ability to drive executive alignment and organizational change.

In 1998, Trish founded Catalyst Strategies to help technology and services companies achieve aggressive growth goals. The firm is known for making growth happen with multidisciplinary growth strategies across sales, revenue marketing, brand, customer experience, and product. The team drives executive teams to decisive actions that lead to market results.

Trish oversees projects with high-profile clients including Workday, VMware, Atlassian, iRhythm, SVB, Domino Data Lab, SAP, athenahealth, Guild Education, Phocas Software, Cisco, Cloudinary, Mirantis, Intuit, and Janssen Pharmaceuticals. She advises technology companies including those funded by leading venture capital firms such as Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Accel, Kleiner Perkins, Bessemer Venture Partners and Benchmark Capital. Trish also lectures at Stanford and other universities, as well as for corporate intrapreneurship programs, on business growth topics such as business planning and competitive advantage.

Prior to founding Catalyst Strategies, Trish was a consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton’s New York Strategy Practice and a partner with Marketing Corporation of America, where she served a variety of Fortune 100 clients. She was vice president of business development at Turner Broadcasting and vice president of marketing at Themestream, a user-generated content business funded by Kleiner Perkins and Redpoint Ventures. Trish started her career in SaaS sales.

Trish holds an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and a BS from the Pennsylvania State University.
